No leaking when used as intended (guys, it's not a leak proof lid! Still have to keep it upright) and keeps drinks hot. I love the size of this cup. Insulated travel mugs are often much larger than I want and this is akin to an actual mug size.
No problems so far. Works as it should. Keeps my coffee warm for at least 3 hours (that's how long it takes me to drink from the time I make it). Hasn't spilled or leaked once. I remove the rubber ring from around the lid to wash it each time and I never have an issue with it leaking when I put it back in place. I love the rubber grip. The pink color I chose is super cute! You can tell it's a durable cup without it being too bulky or oversized. It's just a really nice travel coffee cup for the price you pay. I recommend it.
Perfect investment for my morning coffee! Now I can bring my coffee from home and it keeps it hot for a long time! And I mean hot! I can even just toss it in my bag with top tighten and lid lip closed and no spills!
at first when I got mine I thought it was white instead of pink so I threw it hahaha then I opened the box and it was the pink i chose, but i was not sure how to open the top.. i filled it then closed the top and it leaked, I was so angry, so i sat down a bit to cool down, I picked up my cup again filled it again i realized you cannot fill the cup past the line, if you go over the line inside the cup it till spill out, so make sure you only fill you vup to the line not over it or it will leak.. then i closed the lid but i had a hard time closeing the drinking part, then i realized i had to posh down with my had until i heard the click then i tiped it upside down and it didn't leak now i'm happy i love it, leeps my water nice and cool for a while.. got my mom one to.. i love the design nice and non stick grip my wated tastes better then before i had this cup.. its so nice and stable , holds the heat nicely.. takes time to cick it shut. you have to make sure you cick it all the way shut or it will leak. i love the pink color , pink is my favorite color, it is nice for the money and I am happy i bought this mug, it goes great with my herbel tea.. not to big not to small. easy to hold and fill up.. again make sure you fill it up to only the line inside the cup turn the top to close once you do that then make sure you press down so the drinking spout top clicks shut, then it should not leak.. i fifured that out ya cannot overfull this cup to the top... it so portable i love it and do recommend it,, just make sure you fill it correctly and close the driou will have a half open cup that will leak. many are doing it wrong as i first did untill i figured it out,, not i'm so happy with mine, it's perfect for me , my milk , my cold water stay cold enough,, long enough hot or cold.. all great for me and i'm happy I found this..
I bought this insulated travel coffee mug for my daughter to use for hot chocolate in the mornings, and we absolutely love it.
The size is perfect for kids - not too big or heavy, but still holds enough. I really like the protective coating on the outside; it doesn't scratch.... It's also very easy to wash, doesn't stain, and doesn't discolor over time.
The lid works great - it's spill and leak proof, which gives me peace of mind, especially when she's carrying it herself. Another big plus is the insulation: the drink stays hot for several hours, which is exactly what we needed.
